Nevernight is one of those books I had a hard time with. The first part was slow paced that I had to put it down several times. It took me a couple of days to finally like it and when it started to grab my attention, I never wanted to stop reading. That’s how crazy this book was for me. It’s dark and bloody but with exciting plot twist and intriguing characters.
Now I’m sharing a part of the book I really loved:
“The books we love, they love us back. And just as we mark our places in the pages, those pages leave their marks on us. I can see it in you, sure as I see it in me. You’re a daughter of the words. A girl with a story to tell.”
