Hi, I’m Dez and I’m happy to start a new blog here at WordPress and to share my thoughts about books! I’m twenty something from Philippines, a part-time event coordinator and part-time book blogger! 😀
I fell in love with books because of the series Gallagher Girls by Ally Carter. I was so into Cammie and her friends and their covert operations that I started reading other books and the rest was history (If you know what I mean!) Then I picked up Sarah Dessen books and then Nicholas Sparks, Cecelia Ahern, Sophie Kinsella, John Green and my most recent favorite, Colleen Hoover! There are just so many books to read and I really hope I have all the time in the world to read them all! But I’m doing it one book at a time. I read mostly YAs but I’m open to all genres just not horror. I just don’t have the heart to read (or watch) horror so that’s the only exception.
Love, Rosie by Cecelia Ahern and Can You Keep A Secret? by Sophie Kinsella are two of the books I love most! I can read either in any given time and would still feel like it’s the first time I’m reading it. But of course I still have 27 other favorites. ♥
I review the books that I read and I may not be the best reviewer but I try to be honest and fair when reviewing a book. I’m also a subjective reviewer so forgive me if all I say in a whole paragraph is how much I love and adore the book. I read as much as I can but there are times when I’m sooo busy so I don’t get to read at all. Those are the times I hate most!
But anyway, I’m really excited to share my love for books with you all and I hope we get to know each other along the way.

I wanted to contact you privately but you don’t have any ‘Contact’ links so I guess I’ll just do it here (again).
You see, remember my post entitled ‘I am’? The one you had recently commented on?
Well, you see (again– mind you, I’m nervous), something went wrong and I had to bin that post and repost it again; but, sadly, in the process, your comment didn’t appear again. HOWEVER, thankfully, I had screenshot it before doing so, and it’s saved on my device.
Why I’m telling you this is because I don’t want you stumbling on the post and not seeing your comment and then thinking that I had deleted it. I would NEVER EVER do that, because you’re such a sweet and kind person and I always look forward to your comments and posts; and your words really mean a lot to me.
So there. Hope it’s all good and umm.. Please don’t be upset. And sorry for the long blabber. I’m a Ranter, after all
